Day Retreat: The Art of Gentle Reawakening
$75.00 - $199.00
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is for women who feel a quiet tug inside — the sense that something needs rest, renewal, or reawakening.
It’s for you if you’ve been carrying more than your spirit can hold, moving through life on autopilot, or feeling stretched thin from being “the strong one” for too long.
It’s for women who crave softness…
who want a pause from the noise…
who long to breathe more deeply and hear themselves again.
You’ll feel at home here if you’re:
navigating transition or uncertainty
feeling disconnected from your purpose or your body
curious about who you are becoming
longing for rest, gentleness, and emotional spaciousness
ready to release old weight and reconnect with your truth
open to reflection, silence, and slow living — even just for a day
You do not need experience with retreats, meditation, or journaling.
Just come as you are: tender, tired, hopeful, curious, unfolding.
This retreat is a sanctuary for women who want to soften, reconnect, and feel held without having to hold everything together.

Nourishment for Body & Spirit
Enjoy a comforting lunch, warm beverages, and the feeling of being cared for — without needing to take care of anyone else.
Restorative Sound Healing
A soothing sound bath will help release tension, calm the mind, and open space for softness and inner rest.
A Soft Landing at the End
We close the day with gentle integration, honoring what surfaced, and supporting you in carrying the peace you found back into your daily life.
A Retreat Designed for Women Who Are Tired of Being Strong All the Time
You don’t have to hold anything here.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable that allows you to breathe, move gently, and feel like yourself. Soft layers are best for sound healing and time spent outdoors.
Do I have to share during the sessions?
Not at all. Sharing is always optional. This retreat honors quiet reflection as much as spoken expression.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. We provide breakfast, lunch, your retreat journal, pens, and all materials. If you’d like extra comfort, you may bring a blanket, water bottle, or socks for the sound healing session.
Is this retreat religious?
No. This is a spiritually nurturing space but not tied to any specific religion. All belief systems and backgrounds are welcome.
Do I need experience with meditation or sound healing?
No experience is required. Everything is guided gently, and you can participate in whatever way feels comfortable for your body.
Is there a lot of talking?
No. The retreat includes quiet time, silent practices, and gentle moments of optional connection. You will not feel overwhelmed or put on the spot.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many women come solo and feel deeply supported and connected by the end of the day.
What if I’m introverted or easily overstimulated?
You are in the right place. This retreat is intentionally calm, quiet, and spacious — ideal for introverted or sensitive nervous systems.
What is the refund policy?
A $75 non-refundable deposit reserves your seat. The remaining balance is due April 10, 2026. Deposits may be transferred to someone else if you cannot attend.
Will there be movement or physical activity?
Only gentle walking and light body-centered practices. Everything is optional and adaptable.
What if the weather is bad for the labyrinth walk?
We will use an indoor reflection alternative if needed — the experience will remain grounding and meaningful regardless of the weather.
